All our jewellery is made from stainless steel and PVD plated 18k gold. PVD plating is a vacuum coating process which creates a much higher resistance to wear than normal gold plating. This means our jewellery is highly durable and resistant to water and sweat.

The green stain left by some jewellery is usually caused by alloys containing nickel and copper. All our jewellery is made from stainless steel and is hypoallergenic. No green skin over here! 

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, please use our ‘Contact Us’ form and we will be happy to help.

We offer refunds and exchanges as long as they are within 14 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings (due to hygiene reasons) or sale items. 

All returns must be the following:

• unworn 
• In its original condition & packaging 

Refunds and returns will be processed within 10-14 working days of receiving your items &  refunds will always be processed to the original payment method. Please note, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund value for unwanted items returned unless you are returning a faulty product. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on orders outside of the UK.
