At Kefi, we pride ourselves on jewellery made from only high quality materials. Our care guide will help you maintain your jewellery to ensure its longevity.
How to wear
- Remove your jewellery before doing any activity that risks physical damage
- As a general care tip, your jewellery should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you remove upon coming home
- Some of our pieces are delicate so we recommend you take care when removing
How to store
- Store your jewellery pieces individually, you can keep them in our Kefi organic cotton pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle
How to clean
Proactive maintenance is the easiest way to care for your jewellery
- Regularly cleaning your pieces helps to avoid the residue build-up that can dull the shine
- If your jewellery starts looking a little dull, you can either gently clean it with mild soap and water to remove any dirt or with a soft, dry cloth
- Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals (acidic liquids, bleach etc) as this can oxidise the PVD coating
- Please note, plated jewellery may naturally fade over time. This is not a fault and can be avoided by caring for your jewellery as detailed above
WARRANTY POLICY
We are confident in the quality of our items and want you to be too. Our 'Stay Golden' Promise means you can feel confident buying our jewellery.
- Our warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects
- Our warranty does not cover: general wear and tear, improper handling and not following our care guide, scratches / chips or Lost & stolen goods
- We provide a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase
- Sample sale products & sale items are not eligible for our warranty policy.
The item will be replaced with the same item or a different item of your choice of equal or lesser value. Replacement items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
